Dense Bricks

Siliceous Fireclay Bricks (25-30% Al2O3)
Definition: High-silica bricks made from calcined kaolin and fireclay.
Applications: tunnel kiln for clay bricks,runners mcylon preheater in cement , Linings for boilers, flues, and industrial chimneys where moderate thermal stress occurs.
Fireclay Bricks (35-45% Al2O3)
Definition: Standard refractory bricks with balanced alumina-silica composition.
Applications: pouring furnaces ,ladles mincinerator, tunnel kilns ,blast funeces Cement kilns, glass furnaces, and petrochemical reactors.


Aluminous Fireclay Bricks (50-65% Al2O3)
Definition: High-alumina bricks with enhanced corrosion resistance.
Applications: Steel ladles, blast furnaces, and incinerators,cement rotary kilns, lime calcinationkilns.
High-Alumina Bricks (70-85% Al2O3)
Definition: Premium bricks with corundum aggregates for extreme conditions.
Applications: Rotary kiln burning zones, electric arc furnaces,steel ladels ,lime kilns,aluminuim melting furnaces ,kiln fro chemical industry .

Chemically bonded High-Alumina Bricks up to 85% Al2O3
Definition: phosphate bonded high alumina bricks .
Applications: steel ladels , electric arc furnaces,steel ladels ,burner ladles,aluminuim melting furnaces ,kiln fro chemical industry .

Lightweight Insulating Bricks
Applications: Backup insulation for furnaces, kilns, and reactors.
Properties: Low thermal conductivity (0.5-1.0 W/m?K), density 0.8-1.2 g/cm?.

Castables and mortars for lining, patching, bricklaying, and high-temperature bonding requirements.
Castables

Traditional Castables
Definition: Hydraulic-bonded mixtures with 40-97% Al?O?.
Applications: Pouring furnace floors, patching kiln linings.
Low-Cement Castables (LCC)
Definition: Reduced cement content for higher density and strength.
Applications: Ladle linings, tundishes.


Lightweight Castables
Definition: Insulating mixtures with porous aggregates.

Air-Setting Wet Mortars
