CFC provides solutions for all special customer requirements through a wide range of specialty epoxy systems, which can be used in: high temperature applications, high chemical resistance applications, steel bridges, petroleum tanks, refrigerators, cold storage areas, lagoons, foods factories, fish and drinks industries, food processing zones,heavy duty floors for high loads,.... etc.


Special Epoxy System


EGYPOX VR

Two-component, solvent-free, polyfunctional phenol NOVOLAK glycidyl ether. Showing very high resistance to chemicals, vapors and solvents. Suitable as a protective coating for chemical plants, ships, effluent treatment plant, linings for containers, tanks and pipes made of metal, concrete, asbestos-cement and steel building structures exposed to chemically corrosive atmospheres etc.

EGYPOX FLX

Two components system based on modified polyurethane epoxy with high solid content, especially suitable for long term protection of steel & concrete substrates submerged in fresh or sea water or exposed to waste water disposal system. It provides very good adhesion to concrete & steel surfaces, excellent resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals, high build film thickness in single coat application, it is ideally suited for screed flooring for steel bridges, sewerage treatment plants, pipes, fuel oil tanks & foundation water proofing.

Rate : Approx. 400 g/m2 per layer, for 250-micron

EGYPOX T1

Two-component, coal tar epoxy system, especially suitable for long term protection of steel & concrete substrates submerged in fresh or sea water or exposed to waste water disposal system. It provides very good adhesion to concrete & steel surfaces, excellent resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals, high build film thickness in single coat application, it is ideally suited for screed flooring for steel bridges, sewerage treatment plants, pipes, fuel oil tanks & foundation waterproofing.

Rate : Approx. 400 g/m2 per layer, for 250-micron DFT

EGYPOX CC 55

Two-component, system based on poly-functional phenol NOVOLAK glycidyl ether & its solutions. Specially designed to be cured under water & also at very low temperatures (-10 ̊C), showing very high resistance to chemicals especially hot chemicals up to 100 ̊C & solvents resistance.

Rate : Approx. 200-250 grams/ m2

EGYPOX HC 60

Three-component, high chemical resistance, solvent free epoxy mortar, with exceptional impact and abrasion resistance and has a safe non-slip finish for personnel and vehicular traffic. This high chemical resistance system of Phenolic resin & Bis-Phenol F has proven its durability in many applications all over the world, especially in oil fields, refineries, ship tanks, paper industry, and water purifying plants. This system specially designed for high chemical & solvent resistance..

Rate :

Mortar : Approx. 10 : 12 Kg of the mix required per 1 m2 for floor M.S. thickness 5 mm

EGYPOX HC 57

Three-component, solvent free epoxy mortar, with exceptional chemical resistance, and has a safe non-slip finish for personnel & vehicular traffic. This high chemical resistance system of Phenolic resin & Bis-Phenol F has proven its durability in many applications all over the world, especially in food contact applications, water purifying plants, oil fields, refineries, ship tanks, paper industry etc.

Rate :

Mortar : Approx. 10 : 12 Kg of the mix required per 1 m2 for floor M.S. thickness 5 mm
Coat : Approx. 0.4 - 0.6 kg/m2

EGYPOX UCR 2

Antimicrobial W.B Cementitious Polyurethane Flooring (4 - 6 mm)

4-6 mm heavy duty, chemical resistant antimicrobial treated polyurethane resin flooring with attractive smooth finish.

Rate : Approx. 7.60 – 8.00 kg/m2 for 4 mm

EGYPOX UCR 3

6 – 9 mm mortar screed, heavy duty, chemical resistant antimicrobial treated polyurethane resin flooring. A resin flooring, formulated with EGYPOX UCR3 , offers attractive fine textured colored flooring with a speckled effect on the surface. Resist fire up to 120 °C

Rate : Approx. 12.6 kg/m2 for 6 mm 18.9 kg/m2 for 9 mm
